Flavor: Savory to taste

Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to the boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per person in a cup or a teapot. Allow to steep for 3 to 5 min for desired strength. Serve with or without milk , hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste.
